This section shows gene expression profiles in the following single-cell (SC) datasets from different clinical subtypes of breast cancer, including HER+, HR+, and triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC).
The detection rates of the selected gene in different patient types within each SC dataset are also presented in the following table. The detection rate of a gene is defined as the proportion of cells in which the gene is detected (expression value > 0).
