This section shows all possible TP53-related strata that impact survival, including mutated genes, fusion genes, CNA genes (with types limited to HOMDEL, HETLOSS, DIPLOID, GAIN, and AMP), as well as differentially expressed or methylated genes/miRNAs (where "high" indicates a z-score > 0, and "low" indicates a z-score < 0). Each of these strata should have at least 10% samples within a dataset.
